I'm reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity to enhance our platform's user experience by implementing two crucial features: Appointment Reminders and Feedback/Ratings.

  1. By integrating an Appointment Reminders feature, we can provide users with timely notifications and reminders about their upcoming appointments. This will not only reduce the likelihood of missed appointments but also improve overall patient satisfaction.

  2. Feedback and Ratings: Feedback and ratings are invaluable for both patients and healthcare providers.
