✨[Feature Request]: Feedback/star rating section of doctors

Feature Description

Hi I would like to create a section for the users to give their feedback and star ratings for the doctor they consulted. We can create this section just below the 'Doctors' section.
The contact section already present in the website is for the feedback for the website itself but I think a feedback section for the doctors will increase the credibility of the services.

Please consider assigning this issue to me along with gssoc labels.

Use Case

This will help the new users to select the doctor they want to consult in the future.
