✨[Feature Request]: Add a new page for disabled person #525

Is there an existing issue for this?

Feature Description

The disabled person tab redirects to home page. I would like create a new page for that button. Features I would like to add to the page: listing hospitals and their accessibility options, what insurance options are available (if the hospital allows cashless payment) , redirect to doctor and appointment pages. I would also like to rename disabled person tab to differently abled people.

Use Case

This feature would be helpful to disabled people.
