changed the footer of faq.html page, solves issue#628

Description

I have changed the footer of the faq.html page and it is same as the Home page. The scroll button on faq.html page before it's not working, I have fixed the issue. Before the links in the footer of faq page and Home page are not directing to the concern pages, I have fixed this issue too
