Added Functional Links to "Testimonials" and "Privacy Policy"

Hey @Anishkagupta04 , @varshith257 issue closes #683

Added functionality to the "Testimonials" text in the footer to navigate to the testimonials section on the home page. Privacy Policy Link:
Correctly linked the "Privacy Policy" text in the footer to the privacy_policy_page.html file.

What I Did?

Updated the footer HTML to include the correct links for the "Testimonials" and "Privacy Policy" texts.
Ensured that both links are now functional and direct users to the appropriate sections/pages.
