What steps will reproduce the problem?
plz see www.hotelbhagyoday.com/contact.htm, why calendar image repeats??

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Because you have included the <a class="choose-date"> link in your page. You 
don't need to include it, it is automatically added by javascript.
