Ctrl+o and Ctrl+p not working in IE8 #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Ctril+o or Ctrl+p
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Browser Open dialogue came when using Ctrl+o and Print dialogue coming 
when using Ctrl+p

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using the latest vesrion on Windows Vista OS with IE8

Please provide any additional information below.
