not working in jquery 1.2.1 #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Work with jQuery 1.2.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output> element.attachEvent is not a function, in jquery.js line 1636

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.0.3 on windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
