Raspbmc no add-ons available when installing from zip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed Bluecop repository from Zip. XMBC says add-on enabled
2.Go into Add-ons -> Get Add-ons, bluecopAdd-onRepository is Enabled
3.Go into Repository folder and it's empty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Empty directory, no add-ons in folder. None available in Video Add-ons or in 
System Settings -> Add-ons

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using bluecop 1.0 on Raspbmc xbmc-rbp-20130121 (from Jan 21, 2013)
XBMC version 12.0-RC3

Please provide any additional information below.
XBMC log error is:
ERROR: Texture manager unable to load file: 
/home/pi/repository.bluecop.xbmc-plugins.zip/icon.png

I tried refreshing, didn't work. Turned on logging (Debugging), exited, 
navigated back to the repo and I was able to install the add-ons

@adec Thanks, that worked like a charm. Seems like an odd fix, something I 
never would have considered. I tried reboot, restart XBMC but didn't consider 
enabling logging.

Hmmm... turning on logging did nothing for me. Anyone else have a solution for

Same issue on Raspbmc final as noted above.  I had restarted the Pi several 
times but still no BlueCop add-ons would appear

At first Activating Debugging did not solve the problem.  Force Reload and 
Check for Updates on the respository did not help either.  However, after a 
reboot - the next time I went into the repository it then was able to load the 
list of add-ons.  I was then able to install and configure the Amazon plugin.

I then turned off debugging, and rebooted the  Pi, and was still able to use 
the Amazon plugin, and go back to the bluecop repository to add another add-on 
(Hulu).

I'm having the same issue, but this doesn't fix it for me. I'm able to install 
the repo, and it is enabled, but when I go to the repository, the list is 
empty.  I enabled logging and rebooted, twice, but no joy.  Is there anything 
else I can do to get it to load the list of add-ons?

I'm using Frodo on a RPi.  Thanks!

Issue 205's resolution fixed it for me.  Turn on debugging, force reload, and 
then wait for the CPU usage to go down.  Then go back into the repository.

how exactly do you do the "force reload" mentioned?  the only options I have in 
the context menu are Uninstall and Disable.   Update is grayed-out.

Hmm - some of us get to do all of those things before it works.  Bizzare, but 
glad it does.
Here were the steps I did checking after each one until it populated:
Reboot
Forced refresh
enabled debug
forced refresh
rebooted
forced refresh
forced refresh again
Finally got it.
Disabled debug.

None of the above has solved my problem. How do I purge the bluecop add-on? I 
would prefer that to reinstalling the entire OS.
