🐞[bug]: Back to Top Button appears in home screen

Describe the bug

The back to top button is always visible even when we are in the hero section It doesn't look good and go with the design Screenshot 2024-10-10 193453

Also in the bottom sections this button is not clearly visible since it's colour is white and the background is light-themed too Screenshot 2024-10-10 193507

I want to fix this design bug Please assign me this task

Expected behavior

The back to top button should not appear when we are in the hero section and it should have a dark colour like black to be clearly visible and distinguishable in the website
