🐞[bug]: Dark theme only applies to the navbar, text visibility issues, and menu scroll needed on small screens

Describe the bug

1. The dark theme is currently only applied to the navbar, leaving the rest of the website unaffected by the theme change.
2. In dark theme the navbar text is almost invisible due to the black color, making it difficult to read.
3. On small screens, some menu options are not visible, and a scroll functionality is required to ensure all menu items can be accessed easily

Expected behavior

1. Apply the dark theme across the entire website, not just the navbar.
2. Adjust the navbar text color for better visibility.
3. Enable scrolling for the navbar on smaller screens to ensure all menu options are accessible.
