Issue Description

The sections in table of contents like licence, forkers..doesnot navigate properly. @Anjaliavv51 I would like to work on it. Please assign this issue this issue to me under gssoc-ext and hacktoberfest.

I would like to work on it by ensuring it's links are properly placed.
