How can i change a working copy URL

hi guys,
i am a newbie in svnx.
guys i am unable to find the process through which i can change the working 
copy URL.
In detail :
My repository url has been changed to 121.X.X.X from 100.X.X.X
I have changed this from the rep window,
But am unable to change the same from the working copy. Thus i am unable to 
take any update or commit.
Please suugest.

Use the `Switch` command:
Drag the root (or appropriate directory) item from the repo browser & drop it 
in the WC window while pressing the command key.  Then check the `Relocate` 
checkbox & click OK.
