UVR won't open, apple silicon M1 Max 64GB #1360

Tried the terminal commands, tried using app cleaner to reinstall - arm64 version simply will not open. One bounce and done in the dock, no signs of life in activity monitor. Please help!

same here, running older macOS Catalina 10.15.7 with Intel i7
