sample rate module missing? #151

Describe the bug sample rate error with anaconda?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Selected settings: 'normal settings, HPE kareokee'
  2. See error

Expected behavior get two audio files

update: reinstalling pytorch and the other dependencies seemingly fixed this issue, maybe i had an outdated version installed.

FIXED!
