Ah, if you're on Intel, that download will not work for you. Can you give me more information on the issue you're experiencing?

Yeah, looks like a notarisation fail.
Here's the output of spctl --assess --raw -t install Ultimate\ Vocal\ Remover.app

I found a bug that preventing the new version from working on Big Sur and below in the Intel build. I have since fixed the issue. Please download and install this one - https://github.com/Anjok07/ultimatevocalremovergui/releases/download/v5.6/Ultimate_Vocal_Remover_v5_6_MacOS_x86_64.dmg
Hello,
I have a 2019 27-inch iMac with a 3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 processor running version 11.7.10 of macOS Big Sur. I just downloaded UVR5 from GitHub using the "Mac Intel (x86_64) users: Main Download Link" and also from the link you listed above and the program still does not load. I've reloaded it several times and tried to start it several different ways. I've tried to simply double click on it, hold option and right click on it, and open terminal and typed in the suggested fixes from the GitHub landing page and then tried the previous mentioned methods again. Every time I try to open it, the icon in the Dock will bounce up an down for a moment and then disappears.
Here's the output of spctl --assess --raw -t install Ultimate\ Vocal\ Remover.app

Would you please assist me with this?
Thank you.

same here Apple M2 Pro, MacOS ventura Version 13.6.2 (22G320)
I have a Mac Os Monterey (it is supported by the application). Intel iris plus. The application installs, opens, I can configure it. But in the guides that I looked at, they say to check the “GPU conversion” box. For me this line is inactive (attached a screenshot with an explanation) , and in the middle of processing the audio recording the application simply crashes and a crash report appears. Can anyone help me??
do we have any updates on this issue?
I am also on Big Sur and UVR is unable to open - I have granted all the security access to no avail
When attempting to open UVR at this point it bounces 2 times in my dock and then sits still again - thats it

experiencing same exact issue as stated in the comment above
I'm also experiencing the same issue, I get to 90% processing and the app crashes, I don't know what to do, pls help??
I'm also on M1 MacBook Air
Experiencing this issue on a mid-2014 MacBook Pro 13-inch Big Sur 11.7.10.
Edit: Got it working with 30-second samples, it weirdly crashes around 80 percent but produces the files requested, so I've got no complaints.
$ brew install xz
$ export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/Cellar/xz/**your-version**/lib/:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
$ mv /Applications/Ultimate\ Vocal\ Remover.app/Contents/Frameworks/gui_data/fonts/centurygothic/GOTHIC.TTF /Applications/Ultimate\Vocal\ Remover.app/Contents/Frameworks/gui_data/fonts/centurygothic/GOTHIC.ttf
$ /Applications/Ultimate\ Vocal\ Remover.app/Contents/MacOS/UVR
This only works if you get the following error messages. If your liblzma is outdated:
Library not loaded: @rpath/liblzma.5.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/Ultimate Vocal Remover.app/Contents/Frameworks/lib-dynload/_lzma.cpython-311-darwin.so
Reason: Incompatible library version: _lzma.cpython-311-darwin.so requires version 10.0.0 or later, but liblzma.5.dylib provides version 8.0.0
if you have some font mismatches you might get the following error:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Applications/Ultimate Vocal Remover.app/Contents/Frameworks/gui_data/fonts/centurygothic/GOTHIC.ttf'
The first two commands and the third command should fix issues with outdated liblzma and broken fonts respectively.
You will need to run the second and fourth command every time you want to launch UVR (Alternatively write a script or something).

I just reuploaded the patch. Are you running on the M1 version?
