created navBar for WorkOut Generator Webapp #21

here are some of the demos of navbar

  1. on home page image

  2. on workout page (workout button becoms disabled) image (same thing happens with exercise section)

  3. when user is not logged in (login /signup buttons appears) image

  4. when user is logged in (username and logout button appears) image
