fix: Small fixes to chatbot

This fixes some issues with the chatbot that were discovered in QA.

• Make the chatbot button be a circle on MacOs by setting its padding
• Show tooltip when (un)suspending notes using chatbot
• Remove AnKing button if it exists (because it overlaps with chatbot button) (I asked Nick about this and be said it's okay)
