@Anshul-004 I don't find the contact_us.html that you created has any form type or any content in itself. I don't find any body. Please let me know if you have updated that. And kindly undo the navbar portion since that is contributed prior. Please enhance the contact_us.html into a form type format as stated in issue section

Oh, i just created the navbar, currently ill close this request and create a new one when i create the form BUt, ig you have assigned the form to someone else
