Directories should be lower-case only #2

Please use lowercase letters for directory names only.

I would take care of it from the next time when I create directories ,for knowledge purpose why the directory should be in lower case?`

lower-case is a convention. See https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0008/#package-and-module-names
