[TimesheetPortlet] Not proper default date when add timesheet #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login
2. Click button Add

Default date is old date (for example: today is 03-08, system display default 
date is 02-08). Should be current date or blank.

default dat is 5 days before today
