[ProjectEyePortlet] Size of Project Code is not matched with size of field in database #57

The type of field CODE of table PROJECT is VARCHAR2.
But in the screen Create Project, could not type 4 characters in Project Code 
field.

Please refer the screen create newly project in FMS (FSoftInsight)
