Can not open dile #1

GIMP 2.6.8
gimp-dds 2.0.9
I can not open file in attachment
Got error:
"Error opening file."

I was not able to reproduce this error using GIMP 2.6.8 in Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit 
using version 2.0.9 or SVN builds of the plugin.  The file seems to open fine.  
The only place where this error is generated is when the file cannot be opened 
for reading.  Perhaps you have some permission issues with this file on your 
system?

It's strange, but this file was opened fine now...
