update requirements dill #10

Hi Ann,

Thanks for putting together these easy-to-understand examples. I found that I needed a ">=" or "==" for the dill python library. I have updated the requirements file with a ">=" to keep it consistent with the rest of the library installation version types. Creating a pull request for you to verify and merge if it makes sense.
