Let's start describing your program. You clearly declared a few variables. My guess without looking at the codes would be five variables. Two for the speed in the two axes, two more for the positions and the last one for setting up the microphone. Your program really reminds me of the old Windows XP pause screen with the pipes, which by the way is so satisfying to look at. I tried connecting my microphone and I realized that the size of the ellipses changed based on how loud I screamed. It's also interesting that the ellipses move and are deflected by the canvas created when you haven't connected a microphone. Maybe that's something you can modify? :p
It's very creative, and I really like how you got inspired from the classic pause screens and ended up making something similar. Maybe the next expansion will be with pipes like in the original XP pause screen. It will be tough though, however so, so, soooo satisfying.
