Dear authors Can you kindly share the complete cap selex datasets that are used for training for reproducing the analysis performed in the manuscript.

Hi, sorry for a late reply. CAP-SELEX data used in this study have been made available here (Jolma et al.): https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB7934

If you wish to utilize exactly the same 362 data sets, which we used in our study, the names of these data sets in ENA are in our manuscript's Additional file 2.

The negative set must be made. We used dinucleotide shuffling with uShuffle: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/1471-2105-9-192
