large buoy file should not be in repo

I rebuilt and git add told me that the following file had changed. This file is not suitable for inclusion in the repo, because

it is much too large to go in a repo
it is not actually used in the vignette
the package will not be accepted by CRAN if it downloads files into user-space (and, even if we make a temporary space, see the previous point)
