Hint with solution per L2L case #9

noticed it takes very long to look up the exact case in the sheet if one doesn't remember
[x] a hint button with popup or similar that shows what one would need to do to solve the case is a possible solution for this issue
[x] populate a DB with every case and solutions for a given orientation, that can be accessed quickly on-the-fly from the client

Still missing: cue card / flashcard-like help on a case-by-case basis (lookup)

no caching necessary, each pic in a hint is few kb only
all cases implemented
compatibility with OLT restored, ugly orientations + rotations not affected by this change, needs to be addressed in a separate issue.
