Custom NPCs on minimap #286

NPCs from mods like Stardew Valley Expanded don't show up correctly on the minimap, or don't show up at all.

In my experience it is not that custom NPCs do not show up at all, but that they don't display properly if they are in a modded area. For instance, in Stardew Valley Expanded if Olivia and Victor are at home then their icons appear as shown in the far upper-left corner of the map instead of over their home on the map.
