I tried to install Annotald in my computer and it didn't work.
The system is Windows 8.1.
First, I installed the latest version of Python (3.7.4), but when I entered the command "pip install annotald", an error message came back (as in the image below) - but at least the pip seemed to be working.
Then I saw in the manual that the user should install one of the 2.7 versions of Python, so I installed the 2.7.9 version, which comes with the pip package. But when I entered the command "pip install annotald", it said that something is not recognized as an internal or external command. (Sorry, I can't remember the exact sentence.)
I asked a friend to help me and he thinks that maybe Annotald doesn't run on Windows?! Is that the case?!
If it does run on Windows, can anybody help me, please?! Are there more steps needed to successfully install the program in my computer?!
