Nested ternary operators are causing a parsing error.

Example input:
a ? b ? 1 : 2 : 3;

Output (abbreviated):
Line 2, E:-002: Error parsing file at token ":". Unable to check the rest of 
file.

I can reproduce and we've gotten other reports of this. Will fix for the next 
release.
