recaptcha.js sometimes delivered as binary #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load page with recaptcha_get_html()
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect recaptcha frame. Actually see no output.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I experienced this (see 
http://groups.google.com/group/recaptcha/t/bba87c3aa1d4951b ) and it appears 
that sometimes the www.google.com servers return the recaptcha.js as 
application/octet-stream rather than application/javascript causing the load to 
fail.
I thought this was just me originally, but have reports of exactly the same 
thing by others. Maybe its just access to www.google.com from New Zealand?? Not 
sure of Google web server architecture.

Not client library issue.
