Enhance documentation how to build project solution with CMake for Visual Studio.

1: Windows 10 and Windows 11 is OK 2: Latest cmake， and vs2017(vs2022 not test) 3: According his document, configrate third-part SDK or dll. 4: At project dictionary run "cmake CMakelist.txt" to creat an .sln 5: Double-click .sln and launch project with vs 2017 and build 6: No 6 step.
