The guide is broken again. #215

The Table of Contents here on the guide in Markdown works but not the site HTML.

This is site-breaking and needs to be fixed ASAP.

I have a fix, it was a missing HTML tag in https://github.com/Anon-Planet/thgtoa/commit/d73c04922118db35c10b7b736b0c00f75431a72e.
