anoncoind assert fail in addrman #10

anoncoind: addrman.cpp:290: void CAddrMan::MakeTried(CAddrInfo&, int): Assertion `info.nRefCount == 0' failed.

I do not know about this specific issue, there is 'allot' of my design in the addrman.cpp source so we could use i2p addresses, although this topic is very stale, has the problem been fixed?
