Remove image scaling

• Removes scale parameter of image constructors.
• Removes scale, scale_x and scale_y properties of BaseImage.
• Updates rendered_size, rendered_width and rendered_height properties of BaseImage.
• Erases image scaling from the docs.

Why?

1. Incoming features need to out of the way.
2. It's almost never used anyways.
