BREAKING CHANGES!!

Removes h_allow and v_allow parameters of BaseImage.set_size().
Removes _h_allow and _v_allow attributes of BaseImage.
Removes the terms/concepts "allowance" and "available size" from the docs.
Redefines maxsize as frame_size.
Adds terminal size-relative frame size.
Removes some exceptions raised by BaseImage.set_size().
Implements manual sizing.
