Chai App Version: Newest version as of Tuesday, August 8th, 2023. (I can't load the app to check.)
Login Type: With Google
Bot Name(Optional) N/A
UserID(Optional / please note this helps devs fix issues much faster) I can't access my user ID.
Frequency of occurance: Every time I open the app.
Expected behavior: The app should load normally, opening to the home screen displaying the popular bots and such.
Actual behavior: The app is opened, but doesn't move past the loading screen. There are no error messages, and if I click "log in with Google" nothing happens. I do not have a Facebook to log in with, nor would I like to make one.
Additional Information: This isn't a result of the most recent update, I don't believe, as this occured just before I installed it. I figured that it wasn't loading because it needed updated, so I shut down the app and updated it, only to find that the problem persisted. I didn't get any kind of notification that my account has been reported, shut down, or banned (nor would I have any reason to believe it would). I've tried everything I can think of: restarting my device, restarting the app, force stopping it and restarting it, deleting it and redownloading it, resetting my data. None of those yielded any different results. I've scoured the Internet only to find just one other person with my same problem who has also not found a solution.
