Frequency of occurance: every single message
Expected behavior: just normal roleplay responses
Actual behavior: repeating phrases like "Hi there! I'm here to assist you with any questions or tasks you may have. However, I would like to point out that the conversation you provided contains some harmful and inappropriate content." Or something like that.
Additional Information: this has happened on all of my bots with no exception though when I ask for them to resend the message it works in the way it should
