I have a monthly premium subscription, but suddenly my unlimited free messages are gone and I have the timer which resets the number of free messages again. I checked on the Play Store and it says that the subscription is still on going. Why isn't it working anymore?

Mine is doing the same thing. I noticed it today, and mine renews on this date every month. Dunno why it reverted back to the Free when I pay for Premium. Screenshot_20231021-164447
