Login loading forever

• Login Type: Google and Facebook both

• Expected behavior: Allow me to login

• Actual behavior: keep running loading screen after I try to login

• Additional Information: I've tried everything I can search for, and my device and software haven't changed during the app upgrade and return to Google Play. I think this's unusual.

I may have found what's causing the problem, part of this is my own issue, but I hope the production team to take note of that.

I live in an environment where it is difficult to use the Internetional-Internet freely, so I have to use VPN to get Chai worked, which has been very smooth for a long time for most of proxies the VPN provide.

But this time, most of the proxies provided by the VPN can't connect to Chai's servers anymore, and this isn't an isolated case of a single carrier, this has happened to multiple VPNS I've purchased.

I finally successful login by connected to the US Proxy using global mode and some complex setup, how ever it was also very unstable, bot conversations are often get stuck in loading, and I couldn't create characters because it would also keep loading endlessly. This prevents me from enjoying the company of Chai.

I don't know what Settings Chai has changed on their servers, but I hope they have noticed that some paid users are no longer able to use Chai in the environment same as usual.

And I hope we are not abandoned.
