What is your idea or suggestion?
Let users send their own first message in a prompt.
How would this feature benefit users?
"Our" generated first message in a prompt is very hard to work with. Currently the only way to get a new one is to force everything about the bot to regenerate as well, wiping the greeting and memories if we don't save them elsewhere first. I've had to do this over a dozen times in a row with one bot trying to get a first message I could even begin to work with. It can often mean wasting one of the bots messages to turn the prompt back on track with where the user wants it to be. The prompt is too short and too important for users to have to fight with our own pregenerated first message.
Can you provide any examples or use cases for the proposed feature?
This would make bot creation and editing much easier.
Additional Comments
If the prompt is partially pregenerated to show the user what to do, it could be replaced with a pop-up tutorial explaining what the prompt is for and what is best to write in it. Users could also be given the option to have a prompt generated for them if that's what they wish (though still with the ability to do it over and send their own first message if they change their minds).
