[Issue] AI Survey Unable to Stay In-Character

Note: This bug report is in regards to the AI character questionnaire currently being offered and not the app, itself. The info relevant to the app is only given as a formality.

• Expected behavior: The questionnaire should be able to be consistent with itself – at least to some degree.

• Actual behavior: The questionnaire gets character names wrong or has dialogues which are completely irrelevant or detached from the opening prompt.

• Additional Information: I don't know if this was done intentionally or if the scripting is just that bad, but it seems like when doing the character AI survey hosted at Streamlit, it pretty regularly fails to follow its own plot. It feels like the people who made this survey didn't even double-check what was being written before they posted it up.

Additionally, some prompts have answers which are completely irrelevant to the chat log or are otherwise completely out-of-character for the given information. This makes the questionnaire very inconsistent and difficult to answer.
