I have experienced an issue similar to yours on my iPad, though far less frequently than 95% of the time. It seems that if the virtual keyboard is expanded while you're navigating through screens, it seems to negative impact the interface in an unintended way. Other things may also cause the virtual keyboard to persist atop important parts of an app, but this is the one that I've found to occur the most.
Have you tried tapping a random, blank part of the screen when this happens? If the virtual keyboard on iOS works as it does on iPadOS, taking an arbitrary empty space on any web page or app should make the virtual keyboard collapse even if you can't see the "Hide Keyboard" button. From there, you should be able to tap the input field and continue working on your bot.

Frequency of occurance: like 95% I give up editing on that page
Expected behavior:
Actual behavior: when scrolling and trying to edit text on the advanced page for bot creation, text input box often jumps behind the keyboard where I cannot access it. I also cannot dismiss the keyboard. I have to go back to the previous screen and then forward again where it happens again. I also just noticed the keyboard gets stuck when you swipe from the search page

To obtain your User ID:
Step 1: Open Chai Step 2: Navigate over to your Account tab. Step 3: Inside of your Account tab - click on "Settings", which can be found at the bottom of your Accounts Tab. Step 4: Inside "Settings", you will find your User ID. You can tap on this to easily copy it.
To obtain Bot ID / Share Link
Step 1: Open Chai Step 2: Navigate to the chat relevant to the bot you feel should be reported / is bugged. Step 3: Navigate to the top right of the screen, Tap on the Three Dots. Step 4: Tap "Share" and copy the link.
