Mm. For better or worse, I was unable to replicate this issue under Android 11, One UI 3.1.
As always, you can try the ol' R-and-R technique:
Restart the App On your Android device, go to Settings -> Apps -> Chai, then click the "Force Stop" button. This will completely and totally shut the app down on your device. It's highly recommended you manually close the app before doing this, otherwise you might encounter errors. After this, pop it back open and see if you still have the duplicate reroll problem.
Reinstall the App If the above doesn't work, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Uninstallation can be done either via that previously mentioned Settings menu or by tapping and holding the app icon on the menu. Once it's uninstalled, you can head to the Official Google Play App Store link to re-download and reinstall the app. You may have to log back into Chai and/or reactivate any purchases if you have a premium account.
