Unable to load chat with Bot #318

Frequency of occurrence: Starts on March 3, 2024
Expected behavior: Can download chat with Bot and chat normally
Actual behavior: Bot chat cannot be loaded because I always get kicked out of the Chai app every time I click on that chat (details in the video)

Additional Information: This only happened to 1 only Bot I talked to in a long time.
