Frequency of occurrence: More often than not
Expected behavior: The profile image should always be the image provided by the bot's creator, where applicable
Actual behavior: Most bots in the "Discover Bot" section use an AI-generated profile image, but interacting with the same bot through "Bot Search" displays the original profile image upload

As has been noted by at least two other posts, it seems that there has been an unusual case of AI-generated profile images appearing for bots. Specifically, these AI profile images seemingly appear only for bots viewed on the "Discover Bots" page. I, personally, don't care for them, but their existence and usage isn't the issue. The issue here is consistency.
When interacting with a bot through the "Discover Bot" section, they will more than likely use a AI-generated image for their profile. However, their chat avatar still uses the image uploaded by the bot's creator (if one was uploaded).
When interacting with the same bot through the "Bot Search" page, there is no trace of the AI-generated image and they use the image uploaded by the bot's creator.
Similarly, when viewing a bot through their "Share Link" page, there is no trace of the AI generated image. Only the image uploaded by the bot's creator is used.
This feels like a rather noteworthy oversight. It also lends itself to some speculation about why profile images are being replaced by AI images in certain situations to begin with.
