unable to load into app

i am completely unable to load into the app, i use an android phone (Newer model) and i literally cannot enter the app other than the loading screen, which is endless, i have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but its no use, no matter how hard i try, nothing works to make the app work.

Oh, dear. Seems like that old "stuck loading" bug rears its ugly head yet again.

Well, under AndroidOS 11 with One UI 3.1, I was not able to replicate this issue. Would you be willing to provide the developer with more information? It could be isolated to a specific build, operating system, or setup. Additionally, are you using the official client from the Google Play Store? Third-party modifications of the client may work for a while, but they are (presumably) not recommended by nor will be troubleshooted by Chai Research Corporation.

Also, it's generally encouraged to use a report template when reporting something like this. That's why repositories like this have them, after all!

yes! sorry, i was very tired when i made this issue and well, i just wanted to get it over with, i am using the official client from the google play store, also, to be more specific on the phone i use, its a Galaxy A14 5G, if there is anything more i should specify please do let me know and i might remember to check GitHub in a few hours haha.

same issue, i use Tecno SPARK 8C, it's just loading forever, I use the official client from Google Play store.
