Details of Issue
Frequency of occurrence: Always
Expected behavior: When requesting additional permissions from the user, the app should be clear and concide about its needs.
Actual behavior: When requesting additional permissions, the app does not tell the user what it wants.
Additional Information
I haven't logged into Chai in a couple months and decided to poke around. When I went to log in, though, I got a notification requesting additional permissions. (Screenshot 1.) Alright. Well, what permissions does it want? It won't say. So, I go and check what permissions it already has (Screenshot 2). At this point, I'm getting suspicious, so I go and check the Apple App Store. The "App Privacy" section reveals all the stuff the app needs, but in a way which isn't terribly helpful. (Screenshot 3.) Finally, I get fed up and revoke my permissions entirely to see if the app will tell me what the heck it wants. I get something even more vague and unhelpful. This tells me even less than the first prompt! Or at the very least, it seems to be repeating only what the first prompt's additional info tells me.
So, what's the story here? Just what did the app want from me that it didn't already have?
Relevant Screenshots and Videos
The app asking for additional permissions and showing what permissions it has. Note: It is not telling the user what it wants. The App Store showing what permissions the app requires. Sort of. The app after revoking permissions and trying to log back in. Note how vague it is about what it wants this time.
