Expected behavior: Bot appears in search bar + my chats
Actual behavior: Bot is not available in my chats after closing and reopening the app. Bot does not appear in the search bar either

Additional Information: The bot should not have disappeared as I already had an ongoing chat with it. When I closed the app and opened it again a few hours later, the bot was no longer in my chat menu. When searching for key words, this bot does not appear anywhere, despite having over 10 thousand ongoing chats.
